Development of new methods, algorithms and software tools for the analysis of rodent behaviour

We will develop novel analysis methods and statistical algorithms to automatically select relevant behavioural parameters in large data sets for recognition of behavioural phenotypes and to automatically analyse the sequential organization of rodent behaviour.

In a second step, we willl incorporate these novel statistical algorithms in novel software tools.
